  • User data is encrypted at rest across our infrastructure using AES-256 or better.

• Do you offer a free trial of HulerHub?

  We sure do.

  When you book a free demo with us, our team will create a hub that’s branded to your organisation and walk you through all the key features and benefits. After the demo, you’ll receive log in credentials and your free trial will begin for a mutually agreed period.

• Can you facilitate SSO (Single Sign-On)?

  Yes, HulerHub supports SSO, which permits a user to access multiple applications using one set of login credentials.

• What kind of support do you offer to customers?

  In every step of your journey with HulerHub, we’re on hand to help you put your best foot forward. So, you will enjoy unlimited support from our team as part of your annual licence.

  Once you decide to move forward with HulerHub, our fantastic Customer Success Team is on hand to take over, starting with an onboarding call. From then on, your assigned Customer Support Manager will be on hand to provide help and guidance as and when you need it.

  Our Help Centre is also a fantastic resource for learning more about the platform and accessing step by step guides on a range of areas. But if you’d rather speak to a real person, we’re always on hand for help and advice.
